Good RV park, clean tidy. Big Rig friendly, we are 45 ft plus pulling vehicle, plenty of room for us. . Interior roads are "good gravel". Sites have wind protected patio area. Good Satellite reception. Near shopping/grocery/city center, and lots to do in area.

Big Rig friendly. Entry road needs repair. Satellite friendly. This park is a work in progress, Not a Resort at this time, No Pool, and No Club house. But owners did have large tent for get together of large groups. Best RV park in Chama area. Owners/staff very friendly and helpful.

Big Rig friendly, we are 45ft plus car. Easy access. Interior roads good. Sites grass, with cement parking pads. Very close to freeway so can traffic.

Not Satellite friendly. Tight for 45 ft Motorhome. Can do , but too many trees. Sites are large, but maneuvering access roads little tight. Upper area not for large rigs. Lots of tree's and underbrush. Lower area is more open, But Needs tree trimming , underbrush, and weed control. Lower area has "dump station" that is often odorous. Staff friendly.

Have pull thru sites . Sites are not very wide . Roads are gravel. Maneuvering is good. Grass on sites needs to be mowed more often. Lots of Cottonwood tree's June/July can look like snow storm. Great family camp ground. Lots for children to do. Near town and Bike trails.

Good maneuvering room for big rigs. Near Winery Tour area. Casino close driving distance.
